Start your yoga practice now. In this session you will learn all the basics and foundations of practicing yoga poses. This is a slow paced class that is good for people who are just starting our yoga practice and have never done yoga before. It is also good for people who were practicing yoga and have stopped practicing for a while and want to get back to Yoga.
