1. It is the participant’s responsibility to check the dates and share their travel details with the retreat leader as soon as possible

2. The customer shall pay the retreat leader a non-refundable deposit of equivalent to $500. The amount may vary depending on the transfer rate changes

3. Payment can be made wire transfer, or PayPal. The retreat leader is not responsible for charges incurred during any of the aforementioned money transfer methods. We will apply the net amount received excluding the extra charges. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the full required amount is deposited as agreed in total excluding the extra Chagres in case any applied

4. The room will only be considered booked once the required deposit is paid

5. Booking done one month prior to the start day of the retreat. Should be paid in full upon booking.

6. Any extra charges from other services during your stay with us on the retreat (i.e. extra specialty drinks, laundry, extra food, massages…) Shall be paid completely to the retreat facility owners upon check out date via (Credit card, wire transfer, or cash)

7. You must ensure getting travel insurance, it is highly recommended in case of any emergencies or unexpected accidents. Travel insurance cost is not included in the retreat price.

8. Retreat leader is not held liable for flight costs. Travel insurance is highly recommended as per point 6.

9. In case of cancellation, regardless of the circumstances, the following refund fees policy, minus the non refundable deposit (Equivalent to $500). Apply as below:

• Cancellation 2 weeks or less before due arrival date. 0% refund

• Cancellation 2 to 4 weeks before due arrival date. 25% refund

• Cancellation 4 to 8 weeks before due arrival date. 50% refund

• Cancellation more than 8 weeks before arrival date. 100% Refund excluding depots.

During stay rules and conditions:

1. You are required to respect the timings and the schedule of the retreat activities. Retreat leader is not responsible for late show up to Yoga classes; the sessions will start on time regardless of missing persons. Also all arranged activities require respecting the time of the retreat leader, organizer and rest of the guests.

2. This is an ECO retreat facility, hence all activities which violate the health of the retreat center facility and other guests should be avoided at all cost. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited within rooms, yoga studio, restaurant, pool and all other areas within the resort facility. There is a designated smoking room outside the resort which may be utilized for smoking if required.

a. Any electronic machines or equipment for cooking inside the rooms should be avoided. The retreat center owners will provide all the necessary organic meals allowing the natural detox and healing of the body during your stay.

b.Retreat leader is not responsible for any small variations or differences in the room booked which may differ from provided photo. Changing the rooms assigned to you is not possible as all rooms are assigned by the retreat center owners and there are no guarantees in case you prefer another room that you can change it.

c. The Eco retreat is a non smoking facility. Persons not adhering to these rules will be fined and possibly asked to leave the premises and not receive a refund.

d. You most likely do not need a visa prior to traveling. Most nationalities are granted a 30 day stay visa upon arrival free of charge. However it is your responsibility to check the validity of your passport to be more than 6 months valid from the date of leaving Bali (Indonesia).
